Exchange Policy
Our policy allows for exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- The product must be defective.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused.
All returns will be inspected to ensure these criteria are met. If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.
Exemptions
- Perishable goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
Proof of Purchase
To process an exchange, a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required. Without proof of purchase, we cannot complete an exchange.
Shipping Instructions
Before returning a product, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Products should be mailed to:

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please ensure that products are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, we may reject the exchange.
